Pro Author Publishing welcomes you. Accessing our site, buying from our book publishing or designing services and uploading your manuscript means that you accept to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. You should not access our site or use our services if you disagree to any part of these terms.
Our services include book editing, layout design, cover art and publishing services. You must be 18 years or older and/or get permission from your parents to be able to use our services. Submitting any project implies that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
You will own 100 percent of the rights, copyrights, and intellectual properties of your manuscript, your book title, and any other creative material that you provide to us. In partnering with us, you provide a limited, non-exclusive license to Pro Author Publishing to edit, format and design your files exclusively for your project only.
The cost for editing, design and publication services should be paid in compliance with your project agreement. Payments can be done securely via our authorized payment gateways. All payments are not refundable once we have started active work on your manuscript or book cover.
Your manuscript and the files you submit do not infringe upon copyrights, trademarks, or any third-party intellectual property. Any work containing excessive violence, discrimination, defamation, or anything illegal is subject to denial of services from our side. The responsibility for the legality of the content of your book is yours alone.
We strive to provide your finished book files, editing, and cover design within the given time frame. However, project timing depends on your timely responses and approvals. We will not be responsible for any delays in the process because of your tardiness or unexpected technical problems.
Neither Pro Author Publishing nor Nexoverse Solutions LLC will be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of our service or the publication of your book. Our maximum liability to you for any claim shall under no circumstances exceed the total amount you have paid us for the service.
Even though we help with the formatting of your book and prepare it for the publication on Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, or Audible, we do not manage these third party services. We cannot be responsible for any account suspension, price changes or rejection of your listing.
Either party is free to terminate the agreement relating to the project in case of material breach of any of these conditions. Upon termination of the services agreement, you shall be charged for the work already done and we shall provide the creative content generated until the termination.
The Terms and Conditions herein shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to the conflict of law rules. The lawsuit arising out of or in relation to these terms and conditions must be brought in the court of Texas.
While we help in formatting and setting up your book to be published using third-party services such as Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, or Audible, we cannot be held accountable for their policies that include suspension of accounts and rejection of listings.
Either of the parties can terminate the agreement for the project in case of material breach of terms. In case of termination, we will invoice you for all the work done up to that date and provide you with creative assets generated till the date of termination.
This Agreement is governed by and shall be interpreted according to the laws of the State of Texas. All legal actions, disputes, and claims relating to our services have to be brought and settled only in the Courts of the State of Texas.
We retain the right to amend this Agreement at any point in time. It is advised that you check this page from time to time since we publish all amendments here. In order to enhance global communication, we allow our staff to adopt professional names depending on your geographical location.
Should any term of these terms and conditions be held to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, then the other terms and conditions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any rights or terms of these terms does not constitute a waiver of our rights.
